Local churches
The Royal Memorial Chapel closes between the end of the Academy's Summer Term and the beginning of the Autumn term. Similarly there are times in the year when the Roman Catholic chapel closes.  On such occasions, regular members of the congregations receive a warm welcome at other churches in the neighbourhood.  For those who have recently joined, the list below provides some information on possible alternative places of worship.
